Warranty for UltraBand USA™

Thank you for your interest in the products of UltraBand USA. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from UltraBand.

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, UltraBand USA will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

UltraBand USA will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from UltraBand USA is a life-time Warranty from the date of purchase.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: Discoloration and Lost Products. If you want to exchange your bracelet for a brand new one, a deductible fee will be applied. Please contact support@ultrabandusa.com for more information

When you ship the bracelet back please make sure to do the following in order to replace your damaged bracelet:

1. Include full name and complete address of where to ship the new/fixed or bracelet being exchanged.

2. Provide a general description of the problem.

3. Provide the best contact number in case a representative needs to contact you.

4. Use a padded envelope, any size will do.

5. Regular mail is fine.
